Ordering/Payment

At this time, I am accepting payment by EMT or PayPal Email Invoice. I am working toward accepting credit cards and PayPal on the website.

Shipping
I usually ship via Canada Post to Canada and Canada Post via the US postal service to the USA. Other shipping methods such as Purolator and FedEx are also available. Shipping costs will be determined on an individual basis at this time and I will choose the most cost effective method possible. I do not make money on shipping, all charges are what I have paid to send your item.
At this time I am only shipping to Canada and the U.S.A (excluding territories and Hawaii).
Insurance through Canada Post is available on request, or automatically included for items over $100. Canada Post insures for loss only, not breakage.
All packages will be shipped with a tracking number.
Note: I am not responsible for what happens to an item after it is shipped. Items will be packaged as securely as possible to minimize risks.
Customs, duties, border fees etc. are the responsibility of the customer.
I will combine multiple purchases when possible, to save money on shipping.

Custom Orders
I am not accepting custom orders at this time.
Returns
A purchase may be returned, for any reason, for refund within 3 days of arrival. Please notify me by email if you are returning an item. Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser. The refund is limited to the purchase price not including shipping and handling. The item needs to arrive safely back to me, in its original container, before a refund is issued.
Guarantee
I do my best to ensure that my pieces are well designed and constructed. All my work is guaranteed against flaws in workmanship and design. I do not offer any warranties against misuse, abuse, improper handling and/or storage of the item or against normal wear and tear. Contact me if you feel there is a flaw in the workmanship/design, and we will explore the possibility. Any returns/repairs due to such flaws will be at my own expense.
